Welcome to SwapIt.

By accessing or using SwapIt ("Platform," "App," "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Platform.

SwapIt is a platform that facilitates cashless exchanges between users. SwapIt is not a party to any exchange conducted between users.

To use SwapIt, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Have the legal capacity to enter into agreements.
• Provide accurate and truthful account information.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these requirements.

SwapIt allows users to:

• Offer and request products.
• Offer and request services.
• Offer and request skills.
• Offer and request experiences.
• Communicate with other users regarding potential exchanges.

SwapIt does not guarantee successful exchanges.

SwapIt is intended as a cashless barter platform.

Users may not use the Platform to facilitate unauthorized monetary transactions.

Any donations, subscriptions, or platform fees collected by SwapIt are separate from exchanges conducted between users.

Users are solely responsible for:

• Evaluating potential exchange partners.
• Verifying the accuracy of listings.
• Determining the value of offered items or services.
• Meeting agreed exchange terms.
• Complying with applicable laws.

Users participate in exchanges at their own risk.

Users may not:

• Post illegal content.
• Engage in fraud, scams, or deceptive behavior.
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users.
• Misrepresent products, services, skills, or experiences.
• Use SwapIt for money laundering or illegal financial activity.
• Infringe intellectual property rights.
• Create fake accounts.
• Circumvent account restrictions.

SwapIt reserves the right to remove content and terminate accounts for violations.

Users retain ownership of content they submit to the Platform.

By posting content on SwapIt, you grant SwapIt a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute such content for the operation and promotion of the Platform.

Users are responsible for ensuring they have the rights to any content they upload.

SwapIt encourages users to exercise caution when interacting with others.

Users should:

• Meet in safe public locations when appropriate.
• Verify identities when necessary.
• Use good judgment when arranging exchanges.

SwapIt does not conduct background checks on all users and does not guarantee the behavior of any user.

SwapIt is not responsible for disputes arising between users.

While SwapIt may choose to assist in resolving disputes, we are under no obligation to do so.

Users are responsible for resolving disagreements related to exchanges.

The Platform is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE."

SwapIt makes no warranties regarding:

• Availability of the Platform.
• Accuracy of listings.
• Reliability of users.
• Quality of goods, services, skills, or experiences exchanged.

Use of the Platform is at your own risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SwapIt, its founders, employees, affiliates, and partners shall not be liable for:

• Losses resulting from exchanges.
• Personal injury.
• Property damage.
• Fraudulent activity by users.
• Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to SwapIt during the previous 12 months.

SwapIt may suspend or terminate accounts at its sole discretion if users:

• Violate these Terms.
• Engage in fraudulent conduct.
• Create safety risks for other users.

Users may delete their accounts at any time.

SwapIt may offer optional subscription plans with additional features.

Subscription fees, billing terms, and cancellation policies will be disclosed before purchase.

Users may voluntarily donate to support the operation and development of SwapIt.

Donations are generally non-refundable unless required by law.

The SwapIt name, logo, branding, software, and platform design are owned by SwapIt and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Users may not copy, modify, distribute, or exploit Platform content without permission.

Your use of SwapIt is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in the Privacy Policy.

We may update these Terms from time to time.

Continued use of the Platform after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which SwapIt operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
